Welcome to the New Jersey InfraGard Website

The InfraGard is a project initiated by the Federal government through the Federal Bureau of Investigation (www.fbi.gov) and the National Infrastructure Protection Center in Washington D.C. The NIPC has recently been folded into the Department of Homeland Security (www.dhs.gov). The New Jersey InfraGard is run and administered locally by a board of directors and the chapter membership, composed of corporations and businesses large and small, educational institutions, and others interested in protecting their information systems. Additional information on this program can be found on the national website (www.infragard.net).

Meetings

The New Jersey Chapter meets on the third Tuesday of the month, except for a 60 day summer hiatus between July and August. Most meetings are open, meaning that non-members can attend, however some meetings are for members only and are clearly announced as such. The meeting program is a series of presentations by security professionals, both member and non-member, government and private, oriented toward education, awareness and information sharing. The meetings are announced on our web site calendar as well as on an email mailing list. If you wish to join the announcement list, please send a blank email with the subject 'subscribe' to announcements@njinfragard.org or just click the preceding email address.
