Gideon J. Lenkey
President and Chairman of the Board

Gideon J. Lenkey, CISSP is the president and co-founder of Ra Security Systems, a New Jersey based Network Security Monitoring Company.  Gideon currently specializes in vulnerability assessment of IT infrastructures. Other professional interests include advanced hacker tools and techniques as well as Internet counter-intelligence methodologies. Gideon holds a CISSP certification from the ISC2 and is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigations Association as well as the Computer Security Institute.

Les Morton
Past President and Chairman of the Board
Les Morton, CISSP, CISA, CPA, CISM is the Information Protection Manager at Public Service Enterprise Group and was previously in management positions at ITT, General Instrument, Warner Lambert, CBS, and Prudential Insurance.  His area is responsible for comprehensive security governance, security awareness, and computer forensic investigations and forensic litigation support.  Les is an active member of the High Tech Crime Investigators Association, the American Society for Industrial Security, and other secuirty and control related organizations.

Barbara Farrington
FBI - Chapter Coordinator


Barbara Farrington has served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since mid 1987.  During that time, she has investigated a variety of federal criminal violations, primarily in the White Collar Crime area.  She has been assigned to the Louisville and Newark FBI Divisions and has been involved with the Newark Chapter of InfraGard for the past eight years.
Andy Rosenau
Vice President and Treasurer


Andy Rosenau is the Director of Administrative Services in Princeton University's Office of Information Technology.  Andy is one of the original InfraGard board members and is currently the Vice President & Treasurer.

Andy has been in higher education since 1990 and previously was the Assistant Vice President of Finance for Nannette Mfg Co, Inc - a manufacturer of children's clothing.  Andy has a B.B.A. & M.B.A. from The George Washington University.
Scott Christie
Secretary

Scott Christie is a partner of the law firm McCarter & English, LLP where he concentrates his practice in the areas of information technology, intellectual property, white-collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation.

He provides counseling to companies on protecting the confidentiality, availability and integrity of their proprietary business information security and electronic privacy laws and regulations.  Mr. Christie further assists companies in developing computer network incident response plans, providing guidance when corporate clients have experienced network security breaches and violations of network policies and procedures, conducting internal investigations of such breaches and violations, and litigating against those responsible for network intrusions.

Mr. Christie also provides guidance to Internet service providers and other electronic communication service providers on protecting themselves against individuals who broadcast spam; disseminate viruses, spyware and other malicious code; obtain unauthorized access to e-mail; misappropriate bandwidth; and otherwise violate terms of service.  He likewise assists such service providers in understanding and satisfying their legal and regulatory obligations under federal law, including compelled disclosure of e-mail content, transactional records and subscriber information.

Furthermore, Mr. Christie helps clients with registration, valuation, licensing, assignment, sale and other transactional issues pertaining to copyrights, trademarks, patents and trade secrets.  Correspondingly, he actively litigates all manner of copyright, trademark and patent infringement cases; violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act; and matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets.  Mr. Christie actively pursues cybersquatters and individuals who seek a commercial advantage by registering and using domain names that correspond to trademarks of corporate clients.  He also tracks down, identifies, and initiates legal proceedings against companies and individuals engaging in product counterfeiting and product diversion.

Prior to joining McCarter & English, Mr. Christie served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey where he headed the Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property Section of that office.

He was lead prosecutor in a major undercover investigation targeting Shadowcrew, an international criminal organization of approximately 4,000 members dedicated to malicious computer hacking, Internet fraud schemes, credit card fraud, and identity theft, that concluded with the filing of criminal charges against 27 senior Shadowcrew members in the U.S. and the arrest of six members in four foreign countries.  Mr. Christie also successfully investigated and prosecuted numerous cases of Internet fraud, telecommunications fraud, dissemination of computer viruses, computer extortion, theft of electronic data, and malicious computer hacking as well as a wide variety of criminal copyright, trademark and trade secret theft cases.

Mr. Christie received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Colgate University and his J.D., cum laude, from the Harvard Law School.  Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Christie has been named one of the Super Lawyers for 2005 and he is listed in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.


Bob Kennedy
Membership Chairman

Robert J. Kennedy, CFP, CISSP, CIPP/G

Bob is the IBM Global Sales Integration Executive for Internet Security Systems (ISS) for Sectors/Industries.  In this role Bob is responsible for integrating IBM's recent acquisition of ISS at the Sales (customer) level by Sector and Industry world wide.

Prior to this assignment Bob was the National Solutions Executive and Team Lead for the Safety & Security Solution Unit for Public Sector in the Americas.  In this job Bob was responsible for understanding customer's requirements for safety, security and privacy and matching these requirements with the hardware, software, services and research capabilities of IBM and its business partners.  As such he was an advisor to IBM's customers and sales force.  As part of this role Bob was a frequent customer speaker at the IBM Hawthorne Industrial Lab and Palisades Executive Education Center as well as RSA, CSI, the NY Metro and NJ chapters of Infragard.

Bob joined IBM in 1977 after serving six years as an officer in the US Army where he first became familiar with many aspects of physical security and security operation.  While at Ft. Leavenworth, Bob also had a research and development responsibility for Battlefield Identifications Friend or Foe (Identity Management).  In IBM he has held various sales, management, delivery (infrastructure services and outsourcing) and consulting positions since starting in Springfield, Massachusetts.  Bob assumed responsibility, cross sector, for Security & Privacy Solutions for the Americas in 2003.  As part of this responsibility Bob initially specialized in banking and identity theft and has had the opportunity to meet with most of the CISO's in that industry.  He was one of IBM's representatives to the National Standards Committee for ISO 17799, a member of IBM's Data Governance Council and the Security Business Advisory Council (Business Partners).

Bob has an MBA from Missouri State University and a BS in Management and Economics from Northeastern University.  Bob is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional including Government Privacy (CIPP/G).  Bob also holds a USCG Masters License.

Dan TumSuden
Assistant Treasurer
Dan obtained a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.  Shortly after, Dan joined IBM in July of 1987 and has been hooked on security ever since.  He started his IBM career as a member of the RACF mainframe security team.   Dan held various positions in RACF Design and Development and contributed to many RACF and OS/390 Security Server releases while working in New York's Mid-Hudson Valley.  Next, he worked as a member of the IBM SecureWay Competency Centre.  As a member of this world-wide team, Dan assisted the field force, and educated customers, on IBM's I/T Security products and solutions.  In December 1998, Dan was recognized by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc., as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  In 1999 he joined the Tivoli Security team as a Security I/T Specialist assisting clients in the Northeast with Tivoli Security solutions.  Dan next moved into a Tivoli enablement role in 2003 where he assisted clients throughout the Americas with security and management needs.  In April 2005, Dan joined SOA Software as Sales and Technical Director in the Metro New York region.  With SOA Software he assisted clients with Web services security, management, and governance needs.  In 2006, Dan joined Encode Inc. as an Account Manager.  He currently assists clients with best practice solutions and services involving security and identity management.  Dan has presented numerous security topics at GUIDE and SHARE technical conferences, RACF conferences, ITSO security workshops, Tivoli Conferences, and IBM briefing centers.
